James McCray, Joins Infotility, Inc. ,as Chief Operating and Marketing Officer

Former Accenture and Siebel Product Exec Brings 27 Years of Software Product Marketing and Engineering Experience in Global Utility Software Business

Boulder, CO - February 1, 2007 - Infotility, Inc. announced that James McCray has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. McCray brings 27 years of enterprise software product marketing, energy industry engineering, and executive management experience to GridAgents. During the past seven years, McCray was Director of Sales and Marketing for Accenture’s Field Force Transformation offerings for North American Utilities, COO of Green Building Studio, Inc, and General Manager of Siebel Systems Energy Industry Products Division. At Infotility, Inc., McCray will be responsible for commercialization of the GridAgents Framework, as well as global marketing, sales, strategic planning, business development, and alliances with major T&D software and services companies and advanced metering and monitoring (AMI) companies.

Prior to joining Infotility, Mr. McCray coordinated the market introduction of Accenture’s mobile work management software and services in the North American T&D marketplace. Prior to Accenture, Mr. McCray was COO for GreenBuildingStudio, where he led market introduction, alliances, sales, and marketing working with Autodesk, Graphisoft, McGraw Hill Construction, and a wide range of utilities offering new construction energy efficiency programs. While at Siebel, McCray managed the rapid growth of the business unit from start-up to global market leader. He coordinated 7 product releases, led Siebel's vertical alliance relationships with leading software vendors and systems integrators, and headed product marketing and sales support for the utility, oil, gas, and chemicals markets, globally. Prior to Siebel Systems, Jim held executive product management, engineering, and consulting positions at ICF Consulting, RLW Analytics, and Pacific Gas and Electric. Much of Jim's work was associated with the development of new products for energy companies, using metering and monitoring solutions, data visualization, mobile communications, engineering modeling, pricing, and load analysis software.
